Product design
The design stage is a crucial part of the project before the following development steps. We are here to help you with your planning so you can easily predict cost and schedule until your solution goes to market.
How we work
Here at Luby, the product design process begins with us analyzing your business case, defining its problem, and understanding your product value proposition. For that, we’ll look into all stakeholders that will interact with the product, define usability scenarios and classify them into various user personas.
Once the product discovery step is finished, we start developing the project’s solution by sketching the visual design of the product and then translating these sketches into low-fidelity wireframes or prototypes.
From that point, we’ll build static models, request customer feedback and create detailed interactive prototypes, using tools like Adobe XD, Figma and Whimsical. These interactive prototypes help us simulate how the real interactions from the end users will be like.
This entire process is carried out in collaboration with our front-end developers, solution architects, and client team; incorporating feedback at each stage. This helps to mitigate design risk and keep all parts aligned as we move towards agile development sprints.

At the end of the design stage, we draw a roadmap for the application considering possible intermediate steps in order to anticipate as much as possible the launch of the initial version of the product. We are also able to understand and design the resources and strategies necessary for the development itself.
